Ethan Skinner Obituary, Death: Indianapolis, IN Indianapolis resident Ethan Skinner passed away unexpectedly

On Sunday, September 22, 2024, at his home, Ethan Lee Skinner, 28, of Indianapolis, IN, formerly of Evansville, IN, departed this life.

Curtis and Karen Skinner welcomed Ethan into the world on June 18, 1996, in Henderson, KY. He was passionate about snowboarding, hiking, camping, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and rock climbing. He cherished every moment spent with his friends and family and loved them sincerely. He was an accomplished trumpet player, guitarist, pianist and singer. He led others in worship and spread joy as he used his gifts to honor the Lord.

After graduating from Evansville North High School in 2015, Ethan was an enthusiastic part of the Northern Green Brigade. In 2018, he completed his studies at Indiana University's Kelly School of Business. He began a career as a State Farm agent after completing his license requirements.

along with his parents, Curtis and Karen Skinner; his devoted wife Riley (Hengan) Skinner, his sister Dylan Watten (Ryan); grandparents, John, Lynn, Mary and Theodore “Teddy” Skinner; father and mother-in-law, Thomas and Tippini Hangen; and a large number of aunts, uncles and cousins, Eitan leaves behind a large extended family.

Ronnie Stengel, his grandfather, aunt Lori Orange Wilson and cousin Drew Sims all predeceased Ethan.

Monday, September 30, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., Christian Fellowship Church, 4100 Millersburg Road, Evansville, IN 47725, will host services. Burial will take place in Desha Park Cemetery.

On Monday, September 30, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service, friends are invited to stop by the Christian Fellowship Church.
