Boston man killed in Culpeper shooting identified

A shooting in Culpeper on Wednesday morning claimed the life of a man from Boston, Virginia.

Officers from the Culpeper County Sheriff's Office and the Culpeper Police Department were called to the 1000 block of Virginia Avenue. In reference to the shooting.

Noah C. Campbell, a guy who was 25 years old, lost his life in a shooting.

Officers arrived to find Campbell with a potentially fatal gunshot wound.

After being taken to UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center, he was pronounced dead.

The case is being investigated by detectives from the Culpeper Police Department. The investigation is being conducted with the assistance of members of the Virginia State Police and the Culpeper County Sheriff's Office.
