Tragically, the youth pastor of Parkridge Church in Coral Springs, Florida, lost his wife. Reverend Robbie Dawson's devoted wife, Erica Pipalski Dawson, was a mother of two. On September 20, 2024, on Friday night, she passed away.
A mother of two was found dead in their home in Florida, apparently from suicide. “Friends/deacons, it is with unbelievable sadness that I have to inform you that Erica Dawson went to heaven last night,” Pastor Eddie said in a statement following his wife's death. She was unconscious when Pastor Ruby arrived home.
She could not be revived despite the best efforts of the Parkland/Coral Springs EMS Fire Department and the outstanding, hardworking and talented emergency department staff at Broward Health Coral Springs.
Erica Dawson our youth pastor's wife left last night unexpectedly. She went to heaven. With 400 of us praying tonight in the little chapel, our Parkridge church is wrapping Reverend Robbie and his children in the warmest love and prayers we can imagine in our sadness.
