ENFIELD, Conn. – Amanda Santiago, 27, of Springfield, Mass., died in a horrific motorcycle accident on Somers Road Friday afternoon, according to Enfield Police.
When Santiago was riding a motorcycle, there was a collision with another car at around 13:20 Sent to Santiago. Francis Hospital in Hartford and was eventually pronounced dead despite medical interventions.
The motorcycle driver, Jose del Rosario Collazo Jr., a 31-year-old Massachusetts resident, was taken to the hospital for medical treatment after suffering significant injuries. His current state of health is unknown.
