A family from Texas, whose son was found dead in a prison last weekend, is asking the authorities for an explanation.
Josiah Johnson died suddenly in Texas following an accident. Officers from the Potter County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the scene of an accident.
One driver was flown to Burger Hospital in critical condition, according to investigators. Law enforcement sources say Johnson was transferred from the hospital to Northwest Hospital to receive medical treatment. The discovery of illegal drugs inside Johnson's car was confirmed by investigations.
The person was arrested and booked into the Potter County Jail, according to Potter County Sheriff's Sgt. A family member claims Johnson was found dead inside the jail after suffering injuries in the collision.
